Throughout the course of Blogtober, I have had the opportunity to share a number of different thing with you that I love about this time of year. Recipes, autumn-themed crafts, Halloween movies and more. There is SO much to be thankful throughout the course of autumn, my favourite time of year by far! One thing that I can’t get enough of is the beauty of the colours of autumn.
The trees transform into reds, oranges and yellows, a gorgeous colour palette, for just a short period of time before they shed their leaves preparing for the cold of winter.
This year the temperature has stayed warmer longer than it has in the past, which has caused the colours to be delayed. I was going to go do a post just showcasing the area here (and I do have some pictures to share with you) but there just isn’t the variety of colours that I had been hoping for when I first made my Blogtober schedule. Instead of sticking to just my own pictures, I am including some from friends in other areas.
I hope that you enjoy these as much as I do! Do you have some beautiful fall colours to share? Post them on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #altspeaking – I will be sharing my favourites on my own social media accounts.
